After we receive your booking, we will send you a payment link. Your Booking is not complete until you receive a RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF TIME. Photo Release & Image Usage Agreement

By booking a session with MJ Portrait Design and submitting your session retainer/payment, you acknowledge and agree that MJ Portrait Design and Melissa Cornell may use photographs, artwork, and images created during your session for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, the MJ Portrait Design website, blogs, magazines, printed advertisements, studio displays, brochures, marketing materials, competitions, and other print or digital publications.

You understand that no additional compensation will be provided for the use of these images and that all image copyrights remain the exclusive property of MJ Portrait Design.

Your session reservation and payment serve as your acknowledgment and acceptance of this Photo Release & Image Usage Agreement.
